I noticed my old Technics turntable was pitch-shifting, so took it to Peter for a service. I found his service through Trade Me. Given how busy he is, it was great to experience a comprehensive service in such a short space of time. The result is excellent and the turntable lives to spin for quite a bit longer, I’m sure. Cost is very reasonable. Peter is extremely knowledgeable and spared some time to explain the process and chat about all things Audio. Communication was faultless. My 1980s Denon DP47F was not behaving. The auto function not working and it would skid across the LP. Peter fixed all the problems which involved sourcing replacement optical sensors, full calibration and adjustments. Works like new. He is a wizz, do not waste your time and money with other reported service experts. Provides a 3 month warranty - great service!!!

I’ve just had 2 x turntables serviced and repaired by Peter. The whole experience was a pleasure from start to finish and I’m very pleased with the result. Such a friendly, knowledgeable guy, who has breathed new life into my old turntables. One was an old Pioneer, that had been in storage since I acquired it many years ago.
